One of my favorite treats in New Orleans is Barbecue Shrimp, it’s not what you would associate normally with BBQ in general. But it is a special, messy/saucy delight. (Especially good for Saints fans or for a New Orleans themed party.)

Got to love a scrumptious recipe that is also Food Porn worthy as well as healthy (Paleo? Check. Whole 30 compliant? Check!)
Of course, if you wanted to use regular mayo and oil, that would be fine. But I am not kidding you when I say that olive oil mayo is delicious.
